Duct Manufacture Auto Line PRO consists of Motorized Decoiler, Straightening, Beading, Cross-tie Hole Punching, Punching Square, Notching,&©|160;Flange Hole Punching,&©|160;Shearing,&©|160;Patented Automotion Pittsburgh Lock Forming (Shearing,&©|160;Pittsburgh Lock,&©|160;Right Angle Lock in one time),&©|160;Duplex TDF Flange Forming,&©|160;Duplex Right Angle Lock Forming (For Angle Iron),&©|160;C/S Cleat Flange Forming,&©|160;Coil Conveyor and TDF Folding. PLC controlled,&©|160;touch screen operation. With coil conveyer the length of coil conveyer is 4000mm , which limits single sheet metal plate of the duct may not longer than 4000mm. Without coil conveyer no limitation for the duct size.
